BAND MEMBERS: Just him and his piano.

FROM: Lewisham

FORMED: Singing and playing the piano since he was six years old he started writing songs from the age of thirteen.

Timothy grew up surrounded by music as his dad was a DJ and it has been a big part of his life from a very young age.

At the tender age of 16, he began training at Laine Theatre Arts and decided to make music his career.

Fascinated by every aspect of music, Timothy's favourite part of the whole process is the writing.

He said: "It's a fantastic feeling when a tune finds itself, you play with the lyrics and a story line begins to form."

INFLUENCES: With his roots firmly placed in jazz, Timothy also draws inspiration from many different lyrical and musical influences, from jazz, to pop and from blues to classical.

Main influences currently include Ben Folds, Jamie Cullum and Billy Joel.

AMBITIONS: Debut album No Strings has just been released on iTunes and Amazon so right now Timothy's main ambition is simply for as many people as possible to listen to and hopefully enjoy his music.
