You won't believe what Ed Sheeran had to do to bag his latest in a long line of awards.
Turn up, basically.
Headlining the 20,000-capacity O2 in Greenwich for the first time is probably reward enough for most musicians but the singer-songwriter was given an actual award for doing so last night.
Ahead of Ed’s first headline gig in the Greenwich peninsula venue yesterday (Sunday, October 12), he was given the First Time at the O2 Award by sponsors O2.
The award commemorated Ed’s favourite loop pedal.
The singer continues at the O2 until Wednesday (October 15).
