A festival that was born in a Beckenham back garden and has expanded to take over a farm outside Bromley is on course to sell out.
It will be the first time in its nine year history that LeeFest has reached capacity.
Run entirely by young volunteers and staged at Highams Hill Farm from July 11 to 13, it has given a stage to bands like Bastille and London Grammar just before they hit the big time.
This year, the headline acts are Frightened Rabbit, The Cribs and Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip.
LeeFest was created by Lee Denny, 26, who put on a festival in his parents’ garden while they were on holiday.
Lee said: “We are delighted to be approaching a sell out. It is a great achievement for us, and very positive news for our charity partners.”
Profits from this year’s festival will go to the Jimmy Mizen Foundation.
