Your favourite forgotten boyband from the noughties are changing turning Green to support a new environmental campaign.

Blue, now Green, have teamed up with NPower's to support their Go Green tariff.

Fans can Breathe Easy knowing that the group, including Welling's Lee Ryan, have taken on their new identity for a good cause, helping customers do their bit for the environment by fixing their energy price.

The band, who are behind classic hits like One Love, are preparing to play an intimate one off gig as Green later this month.

Duncan James, of boyband Blue Green, said: “We are delighted to be making our debut as ‘Green’ and doing a special gig with npower to support the Go Green tariff. We know our fans will ‘all rise’ to the challenge and ‘breathe easy’ this winter knowing their energy needs are taken care of.”

To win tickets to Green's show fans should visit npower’s Facebook and Twitter page and suggest their best green themed names for the new ‘Green’ album.
