She’s arguably the biggest superstar in world music at the moment – and now she’s coming to Greenwich.
Adele has just announced details of a UK tour, which includes four nights at Greenwich’s O2 arena in March.
Released last Friday, her third album 25 has sold more than three-quarters of a million records, breaking UK chart records.
It follows the release of chart-topping comeback single Hello earlier this month.
Adele, who has not toured since 2011 and previously indicated she had no plans to do so, announced the tour in a short video on her Facebook page earlier today.
In it, she said: “I have been bluffing this whole time and I am so relieved to finally tell you that I am, of course, coming on tour and I can’t wait to see all of you there. See you all very, very soon.”
Adele’s shows at The O2 are on March 15, 16, 18 and 19. Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday, December 4. Go to live.adele.com
