A Dartford schoolboy was almost kicked off the X Factor at the weekend in a dramatic sing off.
Charlie Jones, 14, from Welling, was almost ousted after his band Stereo Kicks finished in the bottom two.
The eight-piece boyband avoided defeat in the sing off on Sunday evening and Lola Saunders was kicked off the ITV Talent competition show instead.
Stereo Kicks had sung Everybody (Backstreet's Back) by the Backstreet Boys on Saturday and then performed Perfect by Pink in the sing off the following day.
Wilmington Grammar schoolboy Charlie Jones is the youngest member of Stereo Kicks and first found fame through releasing tracks on YouTube.
He tweeted to his 79,000 followers on Monday: "New day. New week. We will come back fighting again."
