Me and My Tattoo: Charlotte Way

Why this design?
My tattoo says ‘You don’t know what you’re alive for, until you know what you'd die for.’
I had this done a few months ago to symbolise motherhood.
I have two children who are my world - I’d do anything for them.
They are what makes me, and like any parent I would die for them.
It’s such a strong connection between a mum and her children and to me this was perfect.
I chose where it is for the simple fact it’s where they grew.
How much did it cost?
£60
Did it hurt?
Yes it hurt, it felt like a burning sting but only took 20 minutes and I quite enjoy the feeling - hence why I have so many.
What did your friends say?
My friends love it, but it’s mainly only for me to see because of where it is.
Have you got any more?
I have many more tattoos all over, and only get them to symbolise something personal to me - not just for the sake of it.
