Passionate experts have put together an introduction to wine workshop for people who want to learn more about their favourite tipple.

Davy’s Wine Vaults in Greenwich is inviting vino amateurs to learn about the basics of tasting wines, grape varieties and matching food with the perfect plonk.

The day-long class takes place on July 14 from 10.30am to 3.30pm.

Sod paying £90 to have to spit the wine out - and then to only get 1 whole glass bad value for money ;-)
