Taste colour in Forest Hill - From February 10

The Horniman Museum's new exhibition is called Colour: The Rainbow Revealed and explores the endless ways in which colour shapes our world. This is a family-friendly experience that will change the way you see colour. The exhibition will teach you how colours are made and perceived. Discover how animals use colours to hide and attract and visit the Colour Café to learn why only certain colours tempt our tastebuds.

Get creative in Dulwich - February 11

Log Cabin Crafts at Dulwich Gallery is inspired by the humble lifestyle of David Milne. These craft sessions will cover the creature comforts that no forest cabin can do without. The workshop will focus on crocheting blanket squares, the second will offer an introduction to needlework, and the third will culminate in creating a wind chime from natural materials.With artist Michelle Weiner.

Bright Sparks is a humorous, playful and visually exciting original play for children taking place at The Albany. Links and Rex are complete opposites. They are like light and dark. They are the left and right. Links is logical, she likes order and fact. Rex is different, she is imaginative, a daydreamer. This show explores the beauty of difference and how things are always better when we work together. Watch two opposite characters get their wires crossed as they strive to find ways to work and play together.
