Streets, parks and outdoor spaces across Greenwich are set to come to life as the capital’s largest and most ambitious outdoor arts festivals returns.

Greenwich and Docklands International Festival, from June 26 to July 5, will see large scale spectacular shows, processional theatre, dance in public spaces and more intimate shows across Royal Greenwich and East London.

Among the shows in the 10 programme are nine UK premieres, 16 London premieres and one large-scale World premiere.

The festival opens with a big processional performance in Greenwich town centre called Kori Kori and featuring a large chorus of vibrantly costumed actors. That will be a prelude to the two-day programmed of circus and street arts at Greenwich Fair.

Oxleas Wood will be host The Secret Princess of Severndroog Castle, an adventurous experience for five to 11-year-olds.
