Chislehurst band The Dirty Perks are heading overseas – well, the Solent – to play one of the world’s biggest festivals.
The four-piece, who were formed by singer Stephen Prosser at an open mic night at the Beaverwood Club in 2012, have signed up to play the Isle of Wight Festival in June.
MORE MUSIC NEWS:
The band, who have just debuted their new video For a Little Bit Longer, join the likes of Blur, Fleetwood Mac and Pharrell at the gig.
Stephen said: “It's really exciting and encouraging that festivals look after unsigned bands like us as well as mainstream acts. They're giving us a great chance to get our music out there; we're really, really happy to be playing it.”
In the meantime, The Dirty Perks are set to play more shows – including Chislehurst Rocks. Check out their video for For A Little Bit Longer below.
