Radio 4’s Mr Gee – who was also the Russell Brand radio show poet – curates south London’s coolest spoken word night, featuring Raymond Antrobus, Deanna Rodger, Simon Mole and Adam Kammerling. There is also an open mic slot – arrive early to sign up.

FILM – Home 3D (U) out Friday (March 20)
Dreamworks – the guys behind Shrek and Madagascar – have recruited star names such as Rihanna, Big Bang Theory’s Sheldon aka Jim Parsons, J-Lo and Steve Martin to voice characters in this 3D animated tale of cute, optimistic yet inept aliens who invade earth in order to hide from an enemy.
THEATRE – Barnum at The Churchill Theatre, Bromley, from Tuesday (March 17) until Saturday (March 21)
Nineties TV hero Brian Conley returns to the theatre where he recorded his iconic The Brian Conley show to star in Cameron Mackintosh’s a critically-acclaimed all-singing, all-dancing extravaganza about a circus ringleader. Go to atgtickets.com/bromley
GIG – The Who at the O2 on Sunday and Monday (March 22 and 23)
Pete and Roger bring their vintage hits to the dome to celebrate 50 years of the legendary rock band after December’s show was postponed.
KIDS – Jurassic Adventures at The Woodville, Gravesend, at 10.30am and 4.30pm on Thursday, March 26
