What on earth is going on with the stars of this year’s pantomime at The Churchill Theatre?
Corrie’s Marc Baylis, 80s pop icon Sonia, West End star Zoe Birkett, Nickelodeon’s Jamie Rickers and the legend that is Bobby Crush have all grown paws for Christmas.
It’s OK, it’s not a curse from Sleeping Beauty’s evil fairy, it’s a gift from Churchill the dog, you know off those insurance ads.
Churchill the insurance company is sending out dog paw slippers to a number of charities, including Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, Dogs Trust and Manchester Dogs and Cats Home to give them a little bit of Christmas comfort.
And because they share a name, Churchill the dog shared the joy with the theatre’s panto stars too.
Sleeping Beauty is at The Churchill Theatre until January 4. Tickets cost £10 to £35. Go to atgtickets.com/bromley
