A BEXLEY filmmaker has teamed up with other filmmakers from across Kent and the south east to produce a unique advent calendar.
Director of the Rob Knox film festival Michael Wearing has produced 24 Christmas-related shorts and is using them in a crowd funding campaign to raise £5,000 to make a teaser for the feature film Brothers in Law, which he has written and produced.
Shops such as Hi-Brow Brides and The Village Emporium in Bexley and Costume Capers in Bexleyheath allowed crews in earlier this year to shoot the films.
Thomsons garden Centre in Welling provided a Christmas tree, and other films have been shot at The Link.
Creative director of Pixelform Studios, Dan Eycott said: “We came up with the idea to support local businesses with a bit of publicity whilst raising finance for our teaser, and getting people into the Christmas spirit.”
