VIDEO: Artist who can only paint in his sleep given London exhibition
WHILE most of us go to sleep to rest, Lee Hadwin uses his unconscious nights to get creative.
For Lee has a bizarre talent, he is a sleep walking artist.
Despite studies by doctors and scientists in the UK and overseas, Lee’s nocturnal creation remain a mystery.
With no artistic training, he has been producing drawings and paintings in his sleep since he was four.
And to make matters stranger, he is unable to produce such pieces while conscious.
Lee’s work is the subject if London museum Ripley’s Believe it or Not’s first pop-up exhibition.
Until September 29, you can see his drawings and paintings as well as videos of him creating his pieces and explaining his work.
Lee will open the exhibition tomorrow (August 16) and will be signing prints from noon to 4pm.
