CRYSTAL Palace Park will transform into a giant garden party for a weekend in August with bands, proms, a fun fair and fireworks.
Pack your hamper, lanterns and blankets because a Picnic Proms in the Park concert with firework finale will send off Crystal Palace Garden Party on Sunday, August 18.
The Kent Sinfonia and rock choir 100 Voices will make the Pimms or champers slip down well on the final day, which is preceded by a Music and Fun Day on Saturday, August 17, featuring bands including the Blockheads and local band The Dualers.
The day will also feature a fun fair, clowns, stilt walkers, food, wine and comedy.
The garden party will open with Pink Floyd in the Park on Friday, August 16. Five-piece Just Floyd will recreate the magic of the multiplatinum-selling supergroup.
