Mama Wang’s Kitchen, owned by Chris O’Brien and Jessica Wang, is the latest business making its debut on March 3.
Mr O’Brian said: “I live just down the road from Catford Broadway so I'm very keen to support my local market.
“I think it's important for Catford as a community to have a growing, lively market that sells great quality produce and original street food. We're really looking forward to being a part of it.”
People will also be able to find out more about how Lewisham supports Fairtrade at the Lewisham Fairtrade stall which will distribute free information and sell Traidcraft Fairtrade items.
Council officers will be at Catford Broadway Market on Sunday to discuss plans for Catford and answer questions.
The market is one of a number of projects by Lewisham Council to enhance Catford Broadway for shoppers, businesses and residents.
