Steel drums and jerk chicken will herald the early arrival of summer as Bromley Court Hotel hosts its second Caribbean evening of the year on Friday, April 29.
The Solid Steel Band will perform while the Garden Restaurant’s chefs will serve up a two-course buffet including slow roast jerk chicken, sticky barbecue pork ribs, crispy okra and coconut rolled banana and hot and spicy sweet potatoes.
Hotel managing director Max Ball said: “We held our first Caribbean evening in January and it proved so popular we were sold out on the night.
“Our Garden Restaurant, with its high ceilings, allows for great acoustics, so the sound of the Solid Steel band is fantastic. It is definitely a great way to forget whatever the weather is doing this spring.”
