A specialist steak house is preparing to open in Bromley.
Miller and Carter, which has 35 restaurants around the country, is set to open in Pickhurst Lane on February 27.
Housed in a Tudor-style building, extensive refurbishment and fitting began on January 5 for the eatery which will cater for 184 guests, plus 58 at the bar and a further 12 in an exclusive dining room for special occasions.
The new restaurant will also create 45 jobs.
Manager Adrean Georgiou said: “There is a great dining scene, but we will set ourselves apart by showcasing our steak expertise in the local area. We are incredibly passionate about steak and this really shows in the food we serve.
“This is a fantastic building in a great location. We are looking forward to opening our doors for business in February.”
Miller and Carter say they focus on producing the perfect 30-day aged steak, and serve more than 6,700 rib eye steaks a week.
Staff get specialist coaching and attend a bespoke butchery demonstration to make them experts.
