Charlton’s Bugle Horn pub has gone up for sale with an asking price of £1.5 million.
Formerly part of the Punch Taverns group, the sale of the freehold pub – which only recently welcomed new management – is being handled by leisure property specialists Fleurets.
The good news is that it is being marketed with the apparent intention that it’s a pub, not a development opportunity.
Fleuret’s divisional director James Davies said: “The Bugle Horn is a fantastic traditional public house which will ignite interest from operators willing and able to return it to being the hub of the community it once was.”
