Product review: Sorbo-Pro Total Control insole - 2/5

The Sorbo-Pro Total Control insole promises to prevent foot and leg discomfort while you are taking part in sports.

Having got into running quite recently I decided to give it a go.

Even though you can purchase the insole in your correct shoe size you still need to trim it to fit into you trainer which seemed to be to defeat the point of having sized insoles.

So after subsequent trimming I was ready to go.

My feet felt quite cushioned but I am not sure how much more comfortable it was than a normal insole.

And despite doing my usual stretches before and after the run I ached a bit the next day which surely this insole is designed to prevent.

It also promises to minimise sweat, something I didn’t particularly notice.

Perhaps it takes a bit of getting used to but to my mind at £27.99 you might be best off saving yourself some money and using a normal insole.
