Author Victoria Hislop
Bromley-born writer Victoria Hislop will return to her home ground next Wednesday (October 15) when she does a signing of her new book, The Sunrise.
The novel is based on events in Cyprus in 1974, around the time of an invasion by the Turkish forces.
Victoria was born in Bromley before moving to West Wickham and then to Tonbridge when she was six.
The event takes place at 7pm at at the Waterstones in intu Bromley.
Tickets cost £3 and are available from the shop.
