Forget Monsters Inc and The Incredibles, there's a new animation set to take cinemas by storm this Christmas - Planet 51.

The inhabitants of Planet 51 are living in peace and harmony, but their tranquil world is thrown into turmoil when a NASA astronaut, Chuck, arrives in a spaceship from Earth.

Residents of Planet 51 have always feared an alien invasion, but Chuck is far from that - he just thought their home was another rock floating through space.

Desperate to return home, Chuck has to avoid capture to recover his spaceship, and befriending Lem is just the help he needs.

Planet 51, starring the vocal talents of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Jessica Biel, and the latest film from the writer of Shrek, opens in cinemas on December 4.
