FOR those who believe bling has outshone the music in hip hop, Nodding at the Back will serve as an myth-busting exhibition.
The collection, commissioned by music development agency, Punch, features photography from Ian Reynolds which aims to show hip hop isn't all conglomerates and MTV deals.
Both live images and portraiture, focusing on the urban music scene in Birmingham, will be on display at The Albany-based exhibition.
Of Nodding at the Back, Ian said: "The images displayed here have all been taken in and around Birmingham, whether they are set-up shots or captured during performance.
"This exhibition is a culmination of my work, both on a commissioned basis and for personal enjoyment. Enjoy."
Until June 7, The Albany, Deptford. Free.
