The gloomy economic forecast may be pushing firms to cut back on permanent recruitment, but it could spell a much sunnier outlook for the temporary job market.
With many companiesd experiencing a dip in confidence, permanent hiring may seem a riskier option. However, with more and more skilled people now looking for flexible working conditions, temporary candidates are proving an attractive alternative.
A flexible workforce means that firms can readily adapt to changing times. Temporary contracts can also provide greater opportunities and a wider scope of experience for the candidate, creating a win-win situation for all.
