The UK’s largest independent estate agent is expecting hundreds of people from across south east London and Kent to view selected properties for sale between May 4-6. Some £4million worth of homes will be available to view without appointment by the public over the three day period.
Prospective buyers can also study mortgage deals available from Just Mortgages and haart Legal Services is also offering ‘no sale no fee’ conveyancing on all participating properties.
Anyone interested in viewing a home just needs to contact their local haart branch for the times and locations of open house events. Additional details will also be available on the haart’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
Richard Humphrey, senior branch manager for haart in Biggin Hill said: “Our May Day weekend open house promises to be the biggest such event we have ever hosted with dozens of homes across Kent available for the public to view without an appointment.
