Property seekers are being invited to see more of the restoration which has taken place at The Residence in Dartford.

The latest show apartments at the development are now available to view.

The first phase of the development was launched a year ago and 75 of the 93 properties have now been reserved. More luxury homes and apartments have now been released and planning permission is being sought to build more new build properties which will bring the total number of homes at the development to around 140.

The redevelopment of the former Stone House hospital, a landmark Grade II listed building, has already drawn praise from people in the area.

Councillor Jeremy Kite, the leader of Dartford Council said: “The redevelopment of Stone House is a paragon of what we should be doing with big landmark sites. Not only has this development saved an important Grade II listed building but doing that unlocked the wider site and the scale and quality of the work is transforming the entire area. It is one of those great projects that everyone involved in will look back on and be proud to have been part of.”

The latest apartments being released include those at Bunstone Hall – the main hall at the former hospital.

They include a mix of two and three bedroom apartments, some with roof terraces, with prices ranging from £259,950 to £339,950.
