STAFF at the Blackheath branch of Felicity J. Lord are all smiles following the refurbishment of their office at the Royal Standard.
Following the success of the estate agent since rebranding from its sister company Haart three years ago, Felicity J. Lord has undergone a stylish re-fit.
Customers can use the designated client comfort zone which has modern glass tables and comfortable armchairs to read through property specifications or discuss what they are looking for with the team.
The staff have noticed residents of Blackheath popping in and out commenting on the plush new interiors and giant map which covers an entire feature wall.
Head of sales Dean Foley said: "The wall map has certainly been the star in the show since we re-modelled."
The estate agent continues to pride itself on the level of service it offers to clients and hopes the new décor will be more inviting.
Dean said: "Customer service has always been our main priority.
"Each client has different requirements and timeframes so we work very hard to understand this and exceed their expectations".
