Coastal wildlife hit by climate change

GLOBAL warming is already having an affect on our coastal wildlife, according to a study of 700 miles of Britain's coastline.

National Trust research has found rising sea levels and increased erosion are forcing birds out of their natural habitats.

It is also causing basking sharks to migrate north, with two spotted off the Northumberland coast for the first time last year.
