| Trying to save the planet single-handedly has its problems, mostly to do with boring my friends rigid if they don’t cave in and agree to do something ‘green’. They have learned to smile sweetly and agree to save their used postage stamps and recycle their newspapers. I’m vegetarian, gave up having a car at the beginning of 2004, cycle a lot, spurn carrier bags and generally try my best. This is my journey in pursuit of a greener way of living. |
