...TALENT
A smart business decision
Capital B at Bromley College will make a key contribution to the target set by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, of 100,000 Apprenticeships in London by the end of the year. Capital B works with many small and medium sized companies that have contributed to the 63,700 Apprenticeship opportunities created since 2010. Tim Campbell, the Mayor’s Ambassador for Skills and Enterprise said “The best preparation for the economic recovery that small businesses can do is invest in talent. Apprenticeships bring that talent in and help small business owners retain and nurture it as they grow. This makes choosing an Apprentice a smart business decision”.The Mayor and Tim Campbell, recently visited Coreco, an independent Mortgage Brokerage who have benefited from the free Apprenticeship recruitment service offered by Capital B as well as the training delivery. Roy Hardy, Director at Coreco said “The Apprenticeship scheme has been a really positive experience for us and I would highly recommend it to other businesses”.Many companies are gaining a competitive advantage and benefiting from the Apprenticeship scheme. In addition to the many business benefits that Apprenticeships deliver, up to 100% of training costs can be funded by the Government. There is currently a cash incentive of £1,500 to help small firms take on an Apprentice. So don’t get left behind - Contact Capital B at Bromley College today on 020 8295 7070, to discuss how your business can enjoy the same success as Coreco
