Peter Graham Sparks Passed away peacefully on 16th October 2017 aged 76 at Princess Royal Hospital. Funeral to be held on 9th November 11.30am. Eltham Crematorium Love you and miss you Andrew, Darren, Tina, Helen Chloe, Holly, Hannah and Gemma xxx

Sorry to have missed saying goodbye to Peter, we have only just discovered he passed away. Derek Jones met Peter in London Bridge Hospital in July 1999 and we remained friends with Peter and Ann all this time because they were lovely people. He always had a smile and laugh, even when he was poorly. Two smashing people have gone but we will not forget them.
