In Loving memory of a wonderful Husband and Father (10-1-47 - 27-2-14) DAVID LEWIS RALPH (DAVE) Sadly passed away on 27th February 2014 Aged 67. So patient and gentle Always a smile Beautiful memories Remain all the while Rest in peace Dave We love and miss you lots Your Wife Faith and Sons Lew and Scott. Funeral Service to be held on 18th March 2014 at Hither Green Crematorium at 11.30am. All donations please to Just Giving (Daves page) for a cure for Pancreatic Cancer. Thank you
