A serial Sidcup fly-tipper has been fined £15,000 - after dumping dozens of items including a toilet, fridge freezer, wooden chair and tyres in Kent.
33-year-old Walter Marney, known as 'Wally', was convicted for seven charges of fly tipping in Sidcup, Dartford, Swanley, Southfleet, Cobham, Rochester and Harvel.
The Ellenborough Road resident admitted the charges and appeared at Dartford Magistrates Court on September 17, after a joint investigation by Kent, Dartford, Gravesham, Sevenoaks and Medway councils.
Marney was fined £1,500 for each offence, and must pay a £120 victim surcharge and overall costs of £4,430.
Bexley borough was awarded £349.92 of the costs - after Marney dumped various items in Parsonage Lane between May 16 and 20 last year.

Bexley's cabinet member for community safety, environment and leisure Coun Peter Craske said: "I am appalled that a Bexley resident has not only blighted our borough in this way, but offended across Kent too.
"The level of fines and costs highlights the severity of these offences and sends out a clear message that fly-tipping will not be tolerated.
"Local authorities are prepared to work together in order to bring the culprits to justice."
