Bexley and Greenwich Hospice staff pushed themselves to the limit last weekend by taking part in a sprint team triathlon.
Lead for outreach services Carla Rattigan, estates manager Michael Power and admin assistant Karen McNamara took part in the London Triathlon.
Karen McNamara said: "We really enjoyed it and would recommend it to everyone for a challenge and fun time. We came 79th out of 155 overall, and in our age category we came 5th out of 24, so I do think we did well as a team. It was an amazing experience."
Also taking part in the London Triathlon to raise funds for Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice were Johan Kusuma, John Healy and Matt Clare. Collectively, the participants have raised more than £1,500 for the Hospice.
