'Unprovoked' Abbey Wood attack leaves man with broken jaw

Police want to trace this man after an "unprovoked" Abbey Wood attack left a 44-year-old with a broken jaw.

The attack happened on June 7 at around 9.50pm when the victim was approached in Eynsham Drive, outside St Nicholas Food and Wine store.

He was was punched several times and left with a broken jaw and various injuries to his face.

Officer in the case Detective Constable Ian Flockhart from Greenwich CID said: "This appears to be a completely unprovoked attack. I am keen to speak with the man in the picture. If you know his identity or whereabouts, please call us."
