Two roads in Bromley are set to close for a charity “fun walk” this Sunday.

St Christopher's Hospice Fun Walk will be taking place on Sunday May 12, between 8am to 6pm.

During this time, the following roads will be closed to through traffic at the times the signs are displayed:

  • Commonside for its entire length
  • Fishponds Road for its entire length

Pedestrians can still access properties near the roads affected by this order at any time.

Efforts will be made to keep access to properties open from both sides of the closure.

Emergency access will always be available.

The Fun Walk is open to walkers of all ages and will support St. Christopher's Hospice while enjoying the beautiful spring countryside.

With routes ranging from three to 11 miles, there's something for everyone.

After the walk, there will be food, drinks, live music, kids' activities, raffles, and even a dog show.

Entrance is just £15 per adult and £5 per child under 18.

If you have any questions about the notice, please call the Council's Environmental Services Department (Traffic Section) at 020 8464 4546.
