The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Tuesday, May 14, 2024:
GLENN ALLWRIGHT, 37, of Birling Road in Erith, found guilty of criminal damage to a window, front door and car belonging to a woman in Erith on August 11. Allwright was fined £200, told to pay £1100 compensation and a restraining order was made not to contact the woman.
PABLOW LUESHING, 38, of Willow Close in Bromley, admitted stealing £250 of Nicorette products from Waitrose in Sevenoaks on April 10/11, stealing £464 of goods from Holland and Barrett in Swanley on April 4, stealing £80 of goods from Boots in The Glades Bromley on April 16 and stealing £70 of goods from M&S in Bromley on April 16. Lueshing failed to appear at court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
A 17-YEAR-OLD from Penge admitted possessing a Samurai Sword in a private place and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin. The teen was referred to a youth offenders panel for one year with the court ordered “an intensive level of intervention”.
