A family-owned Bromley beauty brand has been been recognised as one of the best places to work in the UK.

Dr.PAWPAW, known for their innovative multipurpose beauty and skincare solutions, have gained a spot on the esteemed Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 list.

This nationwide survey uses leading methodology to gauge employee engagement and wellbeing at work.

Dr.PAWPAW was founded by Bromley couple, Johnny and Pauline Paterson, who, when their daughter developed severe eczema, decided to create products that were suitable for the whole family.

They are committed to sustainability, opting for sustainably-sourced ingredients and eco-friendly packaging, as well as ensuring goods are recyclable.

Known for their Original Balm, this fast-growing brand has quickly become a celebrity favourite, with style icons such as Victoria Beckham and Natalie Portman among their fans.

Endorsed by various film and TV productions, the brand expanded their lip care range in 2023 and launched an all-new skincare range.

In collaboration with Marks and Spencer’s beloved character Percy Pig™, Dr.PAWPAW recently launched the Percy Pig™ x Dr.PAWPAW Percy Pink Tinted Lip Oil, yet another addition to their product line-up.
