The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Friday, May 10, 2024:   

ARIF ALTAN, 34, of Sidthorpe Road in Eltham, found guilty of three assaults between February 10 and February 12. Also found guilty of failing to comply with a community protection notice by shouting and using obscene language. Altan was given a one-year community order and was ordered to pay £400 in compensation. 

LUKE O’TOOLE, 41, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with a community protection notice which banned him from Woolwich Town Centre on May 9. O’Toole was fined £100. 

KELLY ADDISON, 48, of Gunhild Court in Cambridge, admitted drink driving on Camborne Road in Welling on May 9. She gave a reading of 115micrograms per 100mls of breath (the legal limit is 35micrograms). Addison was disqualified from driving for two years and fined £1307. 

MOHAMMED KARIM, 29, of Barnmead Road in Beckenham, admitted drug driving on St Mildreds Road in Lewisham on January 3. Also admitted possession of cannabis. Karim was disqualified from driving for 13 months and fined £700. 

RICHARD RYAN, 36, of Lions Close in Grove Park, admitted drink driving on Downham Way in Bromley on April 5. He gave a reading of 98micrograms per 100mls of breath (the legal limit is 35micrograms). Ryan was fined £120 and given 10 points on his licence. 

DANNY LEE, 44, of Byron Close in Thamesmead, admitted that on October 12 in Kidbrooke he drove while unfit from through drugs, drove without due care and attention, drove whilst disqualified and failed to stop when required by a constable.  

EMMA LOCKYER, 39, of Playgreen Way in Bellingham, admitted stealing bottles of wine from The Co-op on Farwig Lane in Bromley on March 29. Lockyer was fined £120. 

CHARLIE EDWARDS, 32, of Prestbury Square in Mottingham, admitted failing to provide a blood specimen for analysis when suspected of having driven in Chislehurst on April 5. Also admitted possessing cannabis. Edwards was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £120. 

ANTHONY SALES, 45, of Grasmere Road in Bromley, admitted drink driving on Park Avenue in Bromley on April 6. He gave a reading of 77micrograms per 100mls of breath (the legal limit is 35micrograms). He was disqualified from driving for 20 months and fined £440. 

ERROLL TAVENIER, 41, of no fixed address, admitted causing criminal damage to a perspex screen at Croydon Police Station front office on May 9. Tavenier was jailed for 9 weeks.
